Directions:Step 1 In a large bowl combine the dry ingredients. In a medium bowl combine whisk the egg with the wet ingredients. Stir in the liquid mixture into the dry mixture until combined. Fold in the cranberries and pecans.
Step 2 Preheat the oven to 400F. Fill a muffin tin with the batter and bake for 18-20 minutes until lightly brown.
