1 Bell pepper
0.75 teaspoonCayenne Pepper
2 teaspoonCinnamon
2 tablespoonCurry powder
1 Diced onion
1 Eggplant
2 cupOrange Juice
1 teaspoonSalt
1 Sweet potato cut in chunks
2 teaspoonTurmeric
1 cupWater
2 Zucchini


Directions:

Fry the onion and garlic for a couple minutes. Throw in all the rest of the diced veggies, and all the liquid/spices. Boil for 45-60 mins until everything is cooked
