Pepper Casserole

This recipe was originally for stuffed peppers, but the lazy just cut up the peppers and mix them in with the stuffing.

4 carrots
6 stalkscelery
2 green or red peppers
1 poundground beef
4 tablespoonparmesan cheese
1.5 cuprice
500 millilitretomato sauce
3 cupwater
1 zucchini


Directions:

Step 1
Cook beef in a frying pan until brown.
Step 2
Chop the carrots, celery, zucchini and peppers and place in a large casserole dish.
Step 3
Add the rice, water, tomato sauce, and beef to the casserole dish.
Step 4
Mix the ingredients in the casserole dish. Then place in the oven at 350 degrees F. Bake covered for 1 to 1.5 hours mixing every once in a while. About 1 hour into baking, when the rice looks cooked, remove the cover and continue baking until all the liquid evaporates.
Step 5
Serve with Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.
