These strawberry tarts are a variation on the Banana Cream Pie and are great when you have fresh strawberries around.Servings: 12

Combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, yogurt, and melted butter. Press into a greased muffin tin. Poke the bottoms with a fork so they don't puff up during baking.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 8 minutes until tops are slightly brown.
Soften the cream cheese and mix in milk (1 tbsp at a time). Blend well. Whisk in pudding mix. Spoon evenly into the tart bases.
Top the tarts with fresh cut strawberries and chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes before serving.
