Directions:Step 1 Combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, yogurt, and melted butter. Press into a greased muffin tin. Poke the bottoms with a fork so they don't puff up during baking.
Step 2 Bake at 375 degrees F for 8 minutes until tops are slightly brown.
Step 3 Soften the cream cheese and mix in milk (1 tbsp at a time). Blend well. Whisk in pudding mix. Spoon evenly into the tart bases.
Step 4 Top the tarts with fresh cut strawberries and chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes before serving.
