Directions:Step 1 Prepare a pie crust. You can follow the "Pie Crust" recipe shown in the "Meals" section.
Step 2 Take the Macintosh apples, peel them, core them, and slice them into rings.
Step 3 Stack the apples in the pie crust. The center should come above the top of the pie plate. (The apples will shrink quite a bit when cooked.
Step 4 Sprinkle the sugar (white and brown) and cinnamon on top of the apples
Step 5 Microwave on high for 8 minutes. At this point, you can freeze the apple pie for baking later.
Step 6 Bake at 350 degrees until the crust is browned (Approximately 45 minutes)
